When life gets you down, you fight it with a stick and set small goals to get back on track.
Using the example of World of Warcraft(R), and the large team raids that go on, a Raid Leader must know what his team can do. He must know that he has everything covered–from healing to damage to aggro management. He must use strategic planning to make sure the raid comes off as a glorious success rather than a glorious team wipe. If he has more Warriors than Priests or Paladins–or has more Mages, for that matter–he either needs to have invested in a great many healing and mana potions, or be an incredible healer, himself.
